Federated Login Failure to NetApp Console

Issue

When attempting to log in to the NetApp Console using federated authentication, users receive the following error:

An error occurred obtaining your connection data: Email domain is used in an enabled connection managed by the NetApp Console (con_XXXCDpTTY5cUSpM7).
  • All users from the affected domain (e.g., SomeCO.com) are unable to log in.
  • No visibility or access to federation settings in the UI.
  • Original and current federation admins are no longer with the organization.
  • Migration from legacy PingFederate to PingOne blocked.
  • PingFederate scheduled for decommission.
