Federated Login Failure to NetApp Console

Issue
When attempting to log in to the NetApp Console using federated authentication, users receive the following error:
An error occurred obtaining your connection data: Email domain is used in an enabled connection managed by the NetApp Console (con_XXXCDpTTY5cUSpM7).
- All users from the affected domain (e.g., SomeCO.com) are unable to log in.
- No visibility or access to federation settings in the UI.
- Original and current federation admins are no longer with the organization.
- Migration from legacy PingFederate to PingOne blocked.
- PingFederate scheduled for decommission.
