Unable to access offline deployment of BlueXP UI

Issue
After a server reboot, the NetApp BlueXP Console UI is inaccessible.
Error messages observed:
- Failed to initialize UI.
- Bad Gateway
Cause
Connector is running an unsupported configuration of either the Operating System or the container system (Docker/Podman).
Solution
NetApp BlueXP Private Mode (offline) deployments currently support only up to RHEL 9.4 and Podman 4.9.4.
