Unable to Edit Volumes in FSx System Manager

Issue
- Users are unable to edit volumes for FSx ONTAP systems within the NetApp Console's System Manager.
- When attempting to edit, the “Edit Volume” page gets stuck on loading indefinitely, and no changes can be made to the volume.
- This issue affects all volumes on Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP
