Issue
- While signing up for NetApp Console, the following error is seen:
Your administrator has configured the application NetApp Cloud Manager - SSO to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user 'xxxxx@xxx.com' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
- Unable to access Data Infrastructure Insights due to user being blocked.
Sorry but we're having trouble signing you in. Your administrator has configured the application NetApp-Cloud Insight ('DII uuid) to block users unless they are specifically granted ( "assigned") access to the application. The signed in user 'user@domain' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
