NetApp Console Agent install fails with 'SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN'

Issue
When installing a NetApp Console agent on an OnPrem Linux host, the install fails with the following errors in the /tmp/installer-XXXX-XX-XXXXX.log
