Answer

No, it is not possible to receive notifications for the VM down state of CVO and the BlueXP Connector using BlueXP.
 
Note: When the BlueXP Connector service is down or there is a connection failure to BlueXP SaaS, BlueXP can send an email notification with a BlueXP Connector down alert.
