How to recover lost Cloud Manager credentials

Description

A NetApp account (formerly Cloud Central account) provides multi-tenancy and enables you to organize users and resources in isolated workspaces from within Cloud Manager.

Procedure

In the event that the Account Admin credentials are lost and customers are unable to log back into Cloud Manager, please contact NetApp Support and reference this KB article.

Internal Notes

  1. For non-federated users, the password can be reset provided the login email is still known.
  2. For federated users, a new user can be added to the customer's account
  • Open a JIRA after collecting the following information:
    • Verify if the customer is using federated or non-federated access
    • Confirm their login email
    • Confirm their account-ID
