Get all the required details about federation connection and contact NetApp Technical Support immediately regarding raising internal ticket to get the conection deleted

Internal Notes

Get the below details from end customer :
  1. Domain that was federated
  2. Federation method used (SAML/ADFS/AZURE etc).
  3. Raise internal CDS-JIRA and inform L2 advance team to create BXPDEVOPS Jira to clean up the entries from all data bases.
  4. Once clean up is confirmed from backend team inform the same to customer and ask them to login using normal login method.
