Issue
CIFS setup in Cloud Manager is failing during Active Directory machine account creation phase.
Server.log:
com.netapp.oncloud.simplicator.client.common.SimplicatorException: Failed to create the Active Directory machine account Reason: LDAP Error: The user has insufficient access rights Details: Error: Machine account creation procedure failed

Insufficient permissions, user has been removed from the Domain Admins group.
Solution
Assign the user permissions to join an SVM to an AD domain.
