Issue

When accessing the Credentials Tab in BlueXP (Gear icon >Credentials) we see the following error:

This error prevents the user from updating their NSS Credentials on this tab.

Cause

There are one or more on-prem working environments in the connector(s) that need the password to be re-entered.

Solution

  1. Identify all the on-prem working environments for all the connectors under the same account.
  2. Enter the working environment and re-enter the password if prompted to do so.
  3. Try accessing the credentials tab after updating the on-prem environment password.
