Issue

When attempting to deploy an agent, we see the following:
"Failed update client infra status task Error: Request failed: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8777"

Cause

The agent installation was trying to use an old endpoint such as "*.blob.core.windows.net" that was used in a version before 3.9.55

Solution

Customer needs to reach out to their network team and find if the instance is trying to communicate to any of these endpoints
