Issue

When trying to enable Capacity Tiering getting error:
 
Error: failed to configure fabric pool resource FabricPoolResourcesFailedToCreate(failed to configure fabric pool resources with error: Name or service not known)
 
Failed to configure fabric pool resource

Cause

The custom DNS out of sync with Azure internal DNS

Solution

Wait for custom DNS to sync with Azure internal DNS, then try again
