Issue

  • Multiple Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) instances in Azure intermittently show a “Failed” status in the NetApp console when accessed via their respective connectors.
  • The affected Connector VMs frequently switch between active and inactive states, resulting in unreliable connectivity and management visibility in NetApp Console.
  • Curl command to any public endpoints fails with below error:
    # curl -vvv https://google.com
    * Rebuilt URL to: https://google.com/
    *   Trying 142.251.46.206...

    * TCP_NODELAY set
    *   Trying 2607:f8b0:4005:812::200e...
    * TCP_NODELAY set
    * Immediate connect fail for 2607:f8b0:4005:812::200e: Network is unreachable
