Issue

  • CVO discovered on the connector is in a failed state on BlueXP console.
  • Navigating to BlueXP Connector page shows the error : akka.pattern.AskTimeoutException: Recipient[Actor[akka://oncloud/user/ConfigurationActor#-1118012790]] had already been terminated. Sender[null] sent the message of type "com.netapp.oncloud.common.configuration.ConfigActor\$GetValue&quot"

CVO discovered on the connector is in a failed state

  • server.log has stopped logging since the issue started.
