  • Login session timeout

Answer

As per current BlueXP UI design, session timeout (not just idle session timeout) is set to 3 hours default over-riding the auth0 timeout of 6 hours and any custom policy from Identity provider related to application session timeout.

BlueXP UI Engineering is working on a revised design of custom logout time instead of default 3 hours where customers can chose based on their requirements.
