Unable to add Assume Role AWS credentials in Cloud Manager

Issue

When adding Assume Role AWS credentials to Cloud Manager via the Add AWS Credentials interface, clicking the Continue button results in the spinner showing for a moment and then disappearing. The continue button becomes clickable again and the user is at the same screen/step, just before clicking continue (i.e. nothing happens except the spinner is visible momentarily).
