BlueXP user is unable to create technical cases from BlueXP Console

Issue
BlueXP user with Organization Admin role is not able to create a case via BlueXP > Setting > Support > Case Management as the error below is returned:
"You are not authorized to create a case against the selected service. You can select another NSS account to create a case against, or you can exit this window and log in to BlueXP using different credentials that are authorized on the selected serial number"
