BlueXP OnPrem install times out waiting for OCCM

Issue

During install of BlueXP, the installation times out during the "Waiting for OCCM" step where the IP address of the Connector is to be entered into a browser. During this step it is expected that a login screen is shown for Cloud Central. However, a test page for Apache server was displayed.
