AWS CVO HA MAz deployment fails during connectivity probe tests

Issue

Deployment of a CVO HA (multi-AZ) system in AWS using BlueXP fails at the connectivity probe stage. The error is seen in the BlueXP Timeline and logs as follows:
 
Error: No connectivity to ports 443, 3000 which is required for proper functioning

Similar failures are seen for other required ports (e.g., 3000, 2049, etc.) to both nodes and the mediator, even when network and security group settings appear correct.
