OpenStack: Issues deploying the Cinder NetApp JuJu charm

Issue
When deploying the NetApp Cinder charm on a Canonical JuJu environment the following issues are seen:
- For a NFS volume backend, the storage pool volume cannot be mounted by Cinder:

- For a iSCSI volume backend, you can run into issues when provisioning a Cinder volume from image:
