  • No, the retiement of Azure Unmanaged Disks will not affect CVO for Azure.
  • CVO in Azure uses only Managed Disks and pageblobs (Unmanaged Disks), however the documentation from Microsoft clearly states that pageblobs will not be affected by this change:
