Volume Move

Issue

After some time a volume move of a large volume with a high rate of data change appears have throughput drop to < 2 MBs (as seen in volume move show)
The Move State is "healthy"
The Bytes Sent value continues to increase
The Percentage Completed may regress if additional data is changed or written at the source
There have been no Cutovers Attempted or Times Cutover Hard/Soft Deferred
Example: volume move show command output shows kB/s throughput and a high estimated finish time (some lines removed for brevity).
