Unable to perform support registration on a working environment

Issue
On the Cloud Manager website, under the "NSS Management" tab, an error message is displayed:
You need to re-enter your existing NetApp Support Site credentials. Click "Update Account" so that Cloud Manager can connect to your account.

When trying to register via NSS getting error:
Serial Number(s) not valid

Or:
There was a problem with your request
Registration for the following serial numbers has failed
Failure Message: S/N already decommissioned

On the support dashboard getting error:
Unable to perform support registration on a working environment with status List(deregistered)
