Issue

Unable to upgrade ONTAP in BlueXP due to error:

"The Cloud Volumes ONTAP system must be registered with NetApp before you can proceed with the upgrade. The support registration might take a few minutes, so if you have already entered a valid NetApp Support Site try upgrading again in few minutes.
