Some packets to CVO are lost in Microsoft Azure

Issue

  • Some ping requests are unreachable to CVO
  • Access to ONTAP System Manager sometimes times out
  • Relationships screen on ONTAP System Manager shows error:
    The system could not connect to the server because of network issues. Wait for some time and then refresh the browser. 
  • According to packet trace, all packets sent from CVO to outside are recorded, but not all packets sent from outside to CVO are recorded
  • RECEIVE error count in IFSTAT-A in AutoSupport is not incrementing
