Issue

Upgrading the CVO version fails at the Create Snapshot From Managed Disk stage. The following error is seen on Audit Management:
 
Error:Resource 'resourceName' was disallowed by policy. Policy identifiers: '[{"policyAssignment":{"name":"Auditdeny resource type change policy definition assignment","id":"/subscriptions/subID/providers/Microsoft.Authorization/policyAssignments/lnd1-p-blockresourcetype-auditdeny-policy-def-assignment"},"policyDefinition":{"name":"Not allowed resource types","id":"/providers/Microsoft.Authorization/policyDefinitions/policyID"}}]'.
