Properly clean up an existing CBS configuration

These are the proper steps to cleanly remove an existing CBS configuration from a cluster.
Note: Each step needs to be completed before moving on to the next step. If one step fails to complete the reason for the failure needs to be investigated and resolved before moving on to the next step. Do not delete the relationships or backups from the ONTAP CLI. This will lead to leftover entries in the backend which require Dev team engagement to clean up.
