Issue

  • Logging into CVO with an SSH public key generated with CyberArk returns Access Denied
  • The following message will be seen in the EMS log:

Mon Feb 19 15:56:44 +0100 [cluster-01: sshd: sshd.auth.loginDenied:notice]: params: {'message': 'Failed keyboard-interactive / pam for USER from x.x.x.x port xx ssh2  '}

  • The following message will be seen in the MGWD log:

00000003.009de8dc 03c64064 Mon Feb 19 2024 15:56:44 +01:00 [kern_audit:info:4164] 0000000000000000 :: cluster:ssh :: x.x.x.x:xx :: cluster:USER :: Login Attempt :: Error: User USER doesn't exist.
