CVO can't boot up during upgrade

Issue

  • During the upgrade the single CVO from 9.9.0 to 9.9.1P8 ( or other versions) on  BlueXP, the node can't boot as the below message on Azure VM console:
  • Press any key doesn't help and VM boot again.
The operating system has halted.
Please press any key to reboot.
