Issue

  • Azure maintenance event occurs as ASUP(Auto Support) notification:

HA Group Notification from cluster-02 (USER_TRIGGERED (TEST:MAINT=1h Cloud Provider Maintenance Event. Status: scheduled. Type: freeze. VM: cluster-vm2.)) NOTIC

  • The below alerts are detected from BlueXP and System Manager:
    • BlueXP:
      • Degraded - Show Details HA cluster is not highly available.Node cluster-01 is not healthy.
    • System Manager:
      • Failed to initiate giveback. Run the "storage failover show-giveback" command for more information.
      • Event - clam.node.ooq: Node (name=cluster-01, ID=1000) is out of "CLAM quorum" (reason=seen by HA partner).
  • After manually takeover/giveback, the above alets has been cleared.
