Azure CVO FlexCache volume is suddenly unavailable

Issue

  • Clients are reporting FlexCache volumes using NFSv3 shares are no longer available that are accessed from CVO.
  • ONTAP EMS logs report the following before the the FlexCache volume goes unavailable
