Issue

Users encounter an authorization error when attempting to discover a working environment with the following error in the BlueXP server log:

2024-07-05 12:37:16,906 UTC ERROR [Working Environment   ] [XXXXXXXX] [XXXXXXXX ] [XXX XXXX ] (qtpXXXXXXXX) [GeneralExceptionMapper:42] Could not find Working Environment with ID VsaWorkingEnvironment-XXXXXXXX
