Issue

  • An aggregate is reported as offline and unable to serve data from  multiple volumes
  • EMS logs report a disk failure:

Tue Dec 12 14:26:45 +0000 [CVO Node: pha_main000: disk.reserveFailed:error]: Disk reservation failed on 0b.21 CDB 0x5e:01 - SCSI:no sense (0 0 0)
Tue Dec 12 14:26:45 +0000 [CVO Node: sanown_io: diskown.errorDuringIO:error]: error 13 (fatal disk error) on disk 0b.21 (S/N 00000000xxxxxxxx) while setting disk reservation
