Attempting to build a Cloud Volumes ONTAP HA instance in AWS GovCloud fails with error:
Error:The following resource(s) failed to create:[Node1Instance, Node2Instance]. Instance launch can not be fulfilled as 'io2' volumes are not supported in this zone. (Service: AmazonEC2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: VolumeTypeNotAvailableInZone; Request ID: 1234-abcde; Proxy: null)Instance launch can not be fulfilled as 'io2' volumes are not supported in this zone.
