Data Broker is offline and seeing error failed to start PM2 process manager

Issue
- Data Broker shows offline after a patch upgrade on the cloud Linux machine where the broker is installed.
- Sync status shows "In progress" but is it stuck at 99%.
- PM2 status command returns "command not found" errror.
[root@opdb1 ~]# pm2 status
-bash: pm2: command not found
- Also, seeing "failed to start PM2 process manager" error when running systemctl status pm2-root.services command.
