Data Broker is offline and seeing error failed to start PM2 process manager

Issue
- Data Broker shows offline after a patch upgrade on the cloud Linux machine where the broker is installed.
- Sync status shows "
In progress
" but is it stuck at 99%.
- PM2 status command returns "
command not found
" error.
[root@opdb1 ~]# pm2 status
-bash: pm2: command not found
- Also, seeing "
failed to start PM2 process manager
" error when runningsystemctl status pm2-root.services
command.
ehostdown: Host is down
error message seen in sync failures list for that relationship and copy is failed.
