Unable to use Federated account users

Issue
When logging in to a Federated Account for BlueXP access with a user without an inbox, an error message appears:
Login failed,you have attempted to login via federation connection, but your federation user does not have an email address, or the federation server is not providing the email address with the authentication request. It is not possible to login without an email address Access_denied: federation_no_email/canoot login via federation without email address on account”.
