Unable to update expired CVO BYOL license due to Digital Wallet button not expanding

Issue
- When trying to update an existing CVO BYOL License from BlueXP's Digital Wallet, the button to expand the license does not respond:

- On browser's console and HAR file, the following error can be seen when attempting to expand the license:
"net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED"
