Issue

  • Unable to login into NetApp Console after signing up the new user:
    • access_denied: [!] Rule: Multiple user profiles already exist - cannot select base profile to link withThe provided email address was already registered using the "Sign in to BlueXP" option. You’ll need to log in using that option. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.access_denied: deny_user_already_exist_regular/User with email already exists via regular signup or SSO federation.
  • Unable to login to DII, below error seen:
