Unable to add license from Digital Wallet

Issue
When adding a CVO license from BlueXP's Digital Wallet, serial number field is greyed out and following notice is seen:
You can't enter a serial number because you haven't added the NetApp Support Site account that's authorized to access the serial number. To add the account to BlueXP, click Help > Support > NSS Management. Otherwise, use the Upload License File option.
