NSS Customer Type Not Allowed For This Account

Issue
When trying to add new NSS user or update existing user in NSS Management tab within Cloud Manager, one of the following error messages is shown:
Failed to add NSS Account.
The NSS customer type is not allowed for this account as there are already NSS Users of different typeWe could not find an account with your email address. Please register for a new account
