Does BlueXP notify when Freemium license is converted to Essentials ?

Answer

  • No, BlueXP doesn't notify when used capacity exceeds 500 GiB.
  • Also, there is no threshold to send any notification.
  • Once license is converted, "Freemium" logo is removed from CVO on canvas, and Essential license is added to Digital Wallet. 

Additional Information

  • If the provisioned capacity for a Cloud Volumes ONTAP system exceeds 500 GiB, BlueXP converts the system to the Essentials package.
