Issue

BlueXP fails to upgrade a CVO with the following error:
 
Error:OperationDownload Cluster Image failed with error Data retrieval failed from remote host"http://10.0.0.0/ontap/images/9121P10_v_image.tgz".Reason: Timeout was reached : Connection timeout after 60010 ms
