BlueXP does not send out Connector down email notification

  • NetApp BlueXP Connector
  • NetApp Cloud Tiering
  • AFF, FAS system

Issue

  • A FAS system has been added to BlueXP for the purpose of utilizing Cloud Tiering.
  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP has not been added to BlueXP.
  • BlueXP does not send a Connector down email if the Connector remains down for over 3 hours.
