BlueXP Connector is not upgrading

Issue

  • The server logs show that BlueXP is attempting to pull the updated connector image, but it is failing:

{"level":"info","message":"[+] Pulling occmcloudmanagerinfraprod.azurecr.io/docker_occm:production-3.9.45-889c207-402-S","timestamp":"2024-10-07T08:30:36.181Z"}

  • Followed by this:

{"level":"info","message":"[+] Starting services","timestamp":"2024-10-07T08:31:37.367Z"}

  • But the subsequent running images still show version 3.9.44:
