Issue

  • When scanning a third party NAS, the files show as unsupported in Data Investigation tab, even when they are standard files. Classification also shows no sensitive data when there should be.
  • The following error appears in the datasense_celery_dirlist_worker log file:

Exception during_get_file_info, cannot get file info. Error: [Error 0] [NtStatus 0xc000026d]Unknown NtStatus error returned 'STATUS_DFS_UNAVAILABLE':'\\x.x.x.x/dfs/folder1/subfolder/file'
