Issue

  • Classification deployment fails because it cannot reach a required endpoint
  • These errors can be seen in the install logs of the the Classification instance

2025-04-23 18:18:39 INFO Attempting direct connection to the internet

2025-04-23 18:18:40 WARNING Failed connecting to https://index.docker.io [HTTPSConnectionPool(host='index.docker.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1007)')))]
