BlueXP Classification volumes scans job stuck on queued status

Issue
- Classification scans within BlueXP are not progressing since several days. No single mapping/scan task is running and the mapping is seen just with queued status
- Pausing the scan and resume or Pausing the scan > resume > prioritize does not cause the scan to move from queued to running state.
