Unable to see the Backups of a CVO volume on BlueXP

  • Cloud Volumes Ontap (CVO)
  • BlueXP
  • Cloud Backup Services (CBS)

Issue

  • CBS backups taken for a volume to object storage (destination) are not visible under the backups section of BlueXP.
  • Other volumes with the same backup policy under same CVO have backups that are visible.
  • From cli, logs show that backups are being taken to object storage for the same volume.
  • Ad-hoc backups to object store are not visible, but are being taken in the back end.
