Status not showing for Cloud Backups.
- The following error may appear:
Backed up working environments information is not available for the specified tenancy account
- In the server.log file the following error may also appear:
Received error status: *ERR_SOCKET_TIMEOUT* from: https://api.bluexp.netapp.com/cbs-backend
