Issue

  • Customer unable to install TridentProtect on pods in their OpenShift  environment
  • After adding the Helm repository and running the helm install command, the pod setup fails with error: 'Failed to pull image "netapp/controller:26.02.0": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority.'
  • TridentProtect pods entering ImagePullBackOff and CrashLoopBackOff states.
